Senior Career Development Consultant and Industry Mentoring Lead
Careers and Employment Service

My professional experience encompasses management, training and career development roles in the entertainment and education industries. For over twenty years, I have been helping clients manage their careers both creatively and effectively. My current area of focus is the career development needs of globally mobile higher education students, particularly the need to connect meaningfully with professionals from their industry in order to develop vocational identity and self-efficacy. I firmly believe that all graduates need to develop strong professional networks on a global scale in order to be successful in today's competitive economy. Through our industry mentoring programs and related career development offerings, Griffith University assists students to build nurturing and relevant networks, as well as encourages the development of global citizenship values and cultural competency.
