The Mentoring @ QAL Program ran it’s pilot program in 2018 with very positive feedback. Moving forward, Queensland Airports Limited (QAL) has partnered with Griffith University for our Mentoring Program. This is a foundational piece of QAL’s Skyward Learning and Development Framework. The opportunity to match our leaders for career development, learning and growth with our talent is exciting.

Our mission:

• To create mentoring relationships that enable and support QAL employees to develop, learn and grow.
• To ensure quality engagement through thoughtful program structure and encouraging openness, sincerity, and appreciation in all mentoring interactions – fostering a connected community of mentorship.
• To provide support and guidance through the ups and downs of the mentorship experience, supporting personal growth for mentors and mentees alike.
